Betabook currently ships from Germany. Our US/CANADA/AUS/NZ shop ships to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Our EUROPE shop ships to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
We ship orders in the order in which we received them. European orders usually arrive within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed; all other orders usually take 2-3 weeks.
You will get an email notification when we ship your order.
Your credit card will not be charged until we are close to the time we will ship your products.
Some packages will ship via registered mail. If you are not present to sign for your package shipped via registered mail usually it will be forwarded to your local post office. Sometimes there is a limited window inside of which you are expected to pick up your package, outside of which the package may be returned to us or destroyed. We are not responsible for packages returned or destroyed in this manner. If you want us to re-ship such packages you will need to pay an additional shipping & handling fee.
If your Betabook arrives damaged you will need to submit photo evidence of the damage within 5 business days of receiving the package via email. The correct email address to use is the same email address which sends out notifications regarding your order. At our discretion we will ship replacement goods within 10 business days of accepted damage claims. We will reject claims in which damage is cosmetic; damage must make your Betabook non-functional to be eligible for replacement. You may need to pay an additional shipping & handling fee for replacements.
